General Eligibility
- Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport.
- In good health both physically and mentally.
- Candidates for Bachelor's degrees must have a high school diploma.
- Candidates for Master's degrees must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates for PhD programs must have a Master's degree.
- Applicants should meet the language proficiency requirements (HSK for Chinese-taught, IELTS/TOEFL for English-taught).
Application Procedures
- Online Application: Register and log in to the Admission System at NUAA to submit your information and required documents.
- Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee of 400 RMB.
- Evaluation & Interview: The university will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant's background and documents. Some programs may require an online interview or entrance test.
- Final Admission: Successful applicants will receive a Pre-admission Notice. Upon payment of the tuition deposit, the Admission Notice and JW202/JW201 form will be issued.

Identification: Passport main page and current Chinese visa (if resident).
- Education Certificate: High school diploma or notarized version (2026 graduates may use a pre-graduation letter).
- Academic Records: Transcripts from senior high school (original or notarized).
- Teacher Endorsements: Two signed recommendation letters featuring teacher contact info.
- Testing: CSCA scores (Math/Physics for Engineering, Math for Business).
- Statement of Purpose: Maximum 800-word essay covering background, goals, and assets.
- Legal Clearance: Official non-criminal record certificate.
- Health: Completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
- Language Proof: HSK 4+ for Chinese tracks; IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL 70+ for English tracks.
- Finances: Bank statement or a formal guarantee letter.
